📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
🚛 Shipping Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and order size.
💰 Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotions.
🏗️ Heavy & Bulk Orders
Due to the nature of construction materials:
- Large or heavy orders (e.g. waterproofing systems, coatings, cement-based products) may require special handling or freight shipping.
- Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details and costs if needed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
