Sika MultiSeal is used to seal cracks and joints on:
1- Roofs - around chimneys and skylights.
2- over joints/cracks in tiles and roof cladding.
3- Exterior walls - joints and cracks in asbestos cement sheeting.
4- cracks under masonry ties and anchorages.
5- around wall penetrations (such as water pipes).
6- gutters and downpipes.
7- Terraces - at joints between terraces and exterior walls.
8- joints in parapets.
9- roof edges, sides, flashings and joints.
Inside the house - leaking pipes, showers, etc.
