The oil is based on natural oils, is solvent-free, and is applied with a brush or cloth, requiring excess oil to be wiped off.

How to use:

Clean the wood:

Start with a clean, dry surface. For best results, use a Sika Teak Cleaner first, then rinse thoroughly and let the wood dry completely.

Apply the oil:

Apply the oil to the wood with a brush or cloth.

Allow to penetrate:

Let the oil soak in for about 2-5 minutes. You can apply multiple coats on very porous wood, stopping when the oil is no longer absorbed.

Wipe off excess:

Use a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe off any excess oil that remains on the surface.

Dry:

Allow the wood to dry for at least 6 hours after application
