Product Description:

A cement base, 2 component, polymer modified high elastic waterproofing slurry. It is applied to concrete and mortar structures to prevent water infiltration.

Sika Top® Seal-107 Elastic complies with the requirements of EN 1504-2 as protective coating.

Uses:

Due to its high elasticity, Sika Top Seal®-107 Elastic is applicable on different structures including those subject to thermal movement and vibration such as:

n Waterproofing and protection of structures under hydraulic pressure, like

water storage tanks, swimming pools, concrete pipes, bridge parapets, water canals, sewage treatment structures….etc.

n Waterproofing and protection of external walls to be buried below ground;

n Internal waterproofing against hydrostatic water pressure of walls and floors in basements and other below ground structures;

n Waterproofing of terraces and balconies on concrete and old tiles substrates;

n Protection of exposed and weathered, new and existing concrete surfaces, as anti-carbonation and as cover compensating in case of insufficient

cover (2 mm Sika Top Seal 107 Elastic is equivalent to 6 inches of concrete),

Chloride and Sulphate resistant coating. Also for sealing of concrete surfaces cracked by plastic and hydraulic surface shrinkage;

n Elastic coating of precast concrete surfaces, subject to flexural loading and vibration, etc.

n Easy application by metal spatula, roller or flat brush, sprayed, even onto vertical walls and ceiling;

n Capable of accommodating substrate flexural strains;

n Crack bridging capability, even on existent cracks or cracks that might open after the product application;

n Optimum adhesion onto almost all substrate, such as for instance concrete,

n Cementitious mortars, stone, ceramics, bricks and wood.
