📄Product Description:

Sika Zinc Rich® -2 is two components cold curing zinc rich epoxy primer designed as an anti corrosive quick drying weldable primer for various paint systems.

USES:

To provide excellent protection against corrosion for iron, re-bars and steel structures.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces should be dry, clean and treated to epoxy coatings requirements.

Oil or grease or any other contaminations should be totally removed.

MIXING:

Stir the contents of pack (A) to disperse the soft settlement, and then add pack (B) and mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.

APPLICATION:

By stiffed brush or roller or airless spraying.

Condition during application

The temperature of the steel should be min. 10oC during application.

Do not expose the primer to water, chemicals or mechanical stress before it is fully cured.
